Specialties include, but are not limited to: fitness program design, weight reduction, fat loss, strength training, increasing strength, increasing muscle, improving flexibility and mobility, endurance training, sports performance, nutrition programs, injury prevention, and post injury rehabilitation. Multi-faceted with well developed abilities and experience in working with clients having many goals, limitations, barriers, and other variables. Honesty, integrity, personality and ability to make people laugh and smile when they need to most are some of my greatest assets. They help bridge the gaps between the technical aspects of what need to be done with the human element of coaching and being in a leadership position to help facilitate the steps and objectives that need to occur to reach the desired goal. My professional objectives are to help clients reach their health & fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible while assisting them create positive, long-term lifestyle changes so they have success that lasts a lifetime.
