I’m a Senior Product Manager at NHS England, leading national platforms that support cancer, rare diseases, and congenital anomaly registration across the UK. These services are essential to diagnosis, commissioning, research, and national reporting, and are used across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and specialist centres. In a system as complex as the NHS, product leadership isn’t just about features or roadmaps. It’s about bridging gaps between clinicians, data analysts, infrastructure teams, and policymakers. That’s where I specialise — operating at the intersections where digital, data, delivery, and leadership meet: • SME on the transition of cancer registration infrastructure to cloud (AWS/Azure), improving resilience and saving over £200k • Delivered measurable performance and cultural improvements across a 60+ person regional team during NHS England’s merger and headcount reduction • Introduced wellbeing-led management practices now adopted by other regional teams • Coached and mentored 10+ colleagues, with multiple promotions and leadership transitions My role sits at the convergence of national policy goals, end-user needs, and complex legacy systems. I translate these into joined-up, usable, and sustainable digital services — aligned to the NHS Long Term Plan and capable of supporting life-saving outcomes through better data. Alongside my product responsibilities, I have managed regional teams, led change programmes, delivered across hybrid stakeholder environments, and contributed to NHS strategic working groups.
