It’s essential that I make customers feel welcome, answer any questions they may have, and assist them with any trouble. Weather it may be with my personal being or with anything that has to do with the companies that I have been employed by or as a team player.My previous occupation at the Wal-Mart Supercenter required being in a constant working environment and keeping a clean, orderly, and well stocked sales floor. The job required logistics, logging items or merchandise to the floor and keeping what needs to be in stock, re-stocked, or order new merchandise. All which required some heavy lifting and communications all overnight.For two and a half years, I have been working for FARO Technologies Incorporated, a company specializing in manufacturing 3D imaging technology. I worked as an Inventory Control Specialist, my duties was primarily logging items, counting items, transferring items to various departments, organizing the stockroom using the computer program SAP. I have also been cross-trained in the Receiving Department which entails receiving items from delivery trucks, counting items from delivery, logging items for service department, contacting vendors, and transferring items to number of Departments. I have also been cross-trained in order fulfillment as well, picking orders and preparing items, double checking them with other associates and fulfilling orders for many different companies.My talents rest mostly with electronics, namely computers with various computer software with above intermediate understanding of computer hardware. This includes installing/upgrading computer parts, cleaning circuitry, and troubleshoot hardware problems.
