About Matthew Morales

Hello! I support social good organizations to make equity and community-based decisions by conducting participatory research, using equity-centred design, developing tools and frameworks, and facilitating meaningful dialogue. From local community organizations, to international NGOs, the work I've accomplished has shaped policy and program decisions to positively impact the communities organizations serve. The work I want to do in the world is to help us imagine ways forward that emerge from our shared values and collective liberation, and to help build structures that care for people and the planet. Let's imagine new worlds together. — Gratitude I live and work on the traditional territories of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and the Mississaugas of the Credit. I offer gratitude for the Peoples of this land, for the ways they work for justice and wholeness and for sharing that with me as someone living in this place uninvited. I hope to work in mutuality, care and solidarity.
