I have a robust background with over 20 years of experience in financial services and sales, my current role focuses on crafting client-centered solutions focusing on ensuring the best customer outcomes. My role involves navigating the intricacies of the retirement landscape ensuring that clients receive strategic advice tailored to their individual goals. These solutions have involved advising customers who are completely new to the concept of equity release as well as existing customers who are looking to improve upon their existing equity release products or consider further lending. The journey with each client is unique; therefore conducting a thorough personalized consultation with each client is important to ensure the best solution is found for them; clear and concise advice is then presented, in some cases the solution may not necessarily be equity release and its important to recognize and understand the various alternatives that may be available to clients to ensure the best customer outcomes. A highly compliant adviser who leads by example ensuring the customer is at the forefront of everything I do, In recognition of this I have collaborated with our compliance team on various projects including the FCA's multi firm review and focusing on advice standards within the organisation. Additionally I have achieved accreditation through the society of later life advisers (SOLLA) which is an endorsement in recognition of my skills and experience in working with and understanding the needs of vulnerable clients and their carers.
