About Matthew Moses

Experienced technical sales representative in the technology and telecommunications space. At the same time, taking classes towards a Computer Networking & Virtualization degree to significantly grow my technical knowledge. Currently studying to take the CCNA exam. Will be taking the exam in early June 2022. History: Started as solely a drone pilot for a local telecommunications technology company. Over time, I grew my customer relation skills, customer support skills, and technical communications skills, as I was often the main point of contact between the company and clients. When the pandemic hit, I leveraged these new skills to become a technical sales representative for the company. I became the lead on demoing the company's software products, provided customer support over the phone, and performed Quality Assurance testing on said software. I was loving diving into the technical side of things, so I decided it was time to dive deeper and start taking classes towards a Computer Networking & Virtualization degree. I started the degree in June 2020, and I have been taking 1-3 classes a semester as I work full time. The classes have have strengthened my technical knowledge enormously, and I've loved every bit of it. I've taken classes towards multiple IT certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and Cisco CCNA exam. I'm scheduled to take the CCNA exam in early June 2022, and I'm putting a lot of work into studying for it in my free time.
