I am a graduate of Ave Maria University where I earned my degree in Politics and recent graduate of Ave Maria School of Law from which I earned my Juris Doctor. In addition to being a lawyer I am a veteran. I spent eight years in the US Navy; five years as a jet engine mechanic and three years working on survival equipment. I've deployed numerous times and have worked in multiple countries around the world, experiencing cultures and peoples that have directly shaped my life. While I left the military behind, I continue to work with those who served. I spent the last semester as a student attorney in our law school's first ever Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. I was able to conduct client intake interviews, process client paperwork using Clio, and spearheaded a discharge upgrade case. Concurrently, I was working with the Public Defender's office in the Veteran's Court program.
