I love learning. you should tell me about something you know! This curiosity has shaped my career in learning and development, executive functioning, and leadership coaching. With a background in education and human development, I’ve spent years designing courses, facilitating workshops, and coaching individuals to think better, learn faster, and work smarter. From universities to corporate spaces to San Quentin Prison, I’ve helped people turn knowledge into action: building skills, strategies, and mindsets that lead to real growth. Whether I'm teaching a course, coaching a professional, or designing a learning experience, my focus is always on practical application. Beyond education, I bring a strategic, systems-driven perspective to my work. My SHRM-CP certification, experience in HR, compliance, and program management, and MBA in Business Analytics enable me to bridge the gap between people and systems, learning and strategy. I like to stand at the intersection of human potential and organizational effectiveness, helping teams and leaders navigate complexity, drive engagement, and sustain performance. I'm committed to simplifying the science of learning and executive functioning by helping people understand how their brains work so they can optimize decision-making, problem-solving, and personal effectiveness. My work is deeply informed by neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and real-world business strategy. My favorite thing about the brain is how we can take flashes of insight and creatively solve problems… together. I love a good brainstorming session and consider myself a great thought partner. While I’m not a fan of change for the sake of it, I enjoy tackling real problems and exploring novel solutions. Whether it’s policy development, optimizing processes, or automating tasks, I always ask: what’s possible? And if you ask me what my favorite compliment is? It’s hearing, “Wow, that’s a good question.” I believe the right question at the right time can unlock new ways of thinking, push conversations deeper, and spark the kind of innovation that truly moves the needle.
