CPCS trained Slinger, Lift supervisor and Appointed person. Accomplished and versatile Security Team Leader; recognized and diffused situations encountered in hostile environments ( including Iraq), while remaining calm under pressure providing command and control and risk management-requiring split second decision making. Provided security briefings; advising on risk mitigation on security situations, specific incidents and during periods of heightened threat in a variety of settings. Recently been instrumental in overseeing the training and administration of Iraqi local nationals while planning and executing close protection missions to enable clients to conduct day to day operations on the North and South Rumaylah oil fields having previously enjoyed two years experience in Maritime security operations in the Indian Ocean. Cemented skills encompassing risk analysis and mitigation and staff leadership, training and motivation during 13 years progression within the Royal Marines (through to Cpl); played an integral role in the maintenance of 24 military vehicles within a busy transport department and was selected for and completed arduous Jungle warfare, Junior command, Rifle section commanders and Transport management courses. Now looking to harness these, and other achievements in a challenging and rewarding environment.
