As the newly appointed Director of Human Resources at Done Right Hood and Fire Safety, I bring over seven years of experience in the administrative and human resources field. In my most recent role, I worked for over two years in Human Resources at a leading logistics company, where I refined my skills in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.Prior to that, I spent over four years with PepsiCo-Frito Lay, one of the largest snacking companies, as an HR/Administrative Assistant. There, I gained invaluable experience in supporting HR operations and providing administrative assistance at a large scale. Additionally, I also had the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership as a personal/executive assistant to the CFO and founder of a dynamic e-commerce company.I hold a bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Staten Island, which I earned in 2016. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience in various industries, has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective and a versatile skill set.I am passionate about advancing in my career and am committed to striving for success in every endeavor. I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of Done Right Hood and Fire Safety and continuing my professional development in the field of human resources.
