Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities- Responsible for the strategic direction, business development and relationship management for MMA Retirement Services- Manage client's fiduciary liabilities, vendor relationships and employee education- Provide on-going/customized advisory service and support; problem resolution, plan design review, investment strategy, education, regulatory and legislative updates, etc- Develop Committee Charters, Investment Policy Statements and Education Policy Statements- Analyze and benchmark investments, services and fees- Perform comprehensive assessments of Retirement plans including design features, service providers, costs, investment performance, compliance and participant behavior, etc- Assimilate industry and competitor benchmarking data and analyze plan design in order to develop objective recommendations that best fit client’s objectives- Engage in RFP activities to effectively plan, assess and make recommendations, including provider selection, investment strategy & development, plan conversion- Provide on-going/customized advisory service and support; problem resolution, plan design review, investment strategy, education, regulatory and legislative updates, etc- Act as liaison between client and retirement plan service providers to achieve optimal results.
