About Matthew Neale

I'm a Swiss/British manager with over ten years of experience within the life science industry. I am currently working for the contract research organisation IES. My work so far not only includes digital and offline marketing projects, but also a total corporate identity redesign, implementation of a new project management software, promotion of the company brand on social media platforms, management of the CRM tool Salesforce as well as event organisation. My core competencies include planning and executing marketing campaigns, building corporate brands, advertising and PR, the use of creative (and less creative) software, designing and holding presentations, business analysis as well as problem solving. I have strong knowledge of marketing strategies and am always looking at new ways to reach and understand our customers. I am a native English and German speaker. I hold a masters degree in Management from Manchester Business School, as well as a first-class BA from Bangor University.
