I am a hardworking and compassionate "go-getter" with 20 plus years of experience in the HHG. Experience with HHG including sales with Arpin Van Lines, UVL, Mayflower, and North American; operations, owner operator, warehousing, and local crew leader (driver). I take pride in my low claims rating and high sales efficiency. in returnimg to HHG sales yielded a positive 2015 finishing +18% above projections. I'm looking forward to challenging myself in 2016 to exceed expectations again. combined 2015-2016 18 months sales of $700k plus I was a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, certified by the Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselor Certification and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services. I have been trained in Solution Focused therapy, DBT, CBT, and relapse prevention techniques. My unique skill set is conducive to both fields and enables proficiency in dissecting high pressure conflict areas and formulating an effective solution. I pride myself on being detail oriented and thorough in everything I do. I believe in openness and approachability in all I do. This starts in the workplace; be it counseling or HHG'S. I do my best to apply this to people I come in contact with on a day to day basis, as well as within my own home. Honesty, and open-mindedness are strong suits of mine. I can relate my 2 chosen fields. I believe Individual counseling rivals sales at times. Weekly staff meetings are a must in both fields; as well as being able to take time to step back and ask for help if needed in supervision. Just like in counseling, where there are high risk patients, there are high risk, or high value moves in which a higher level of detail needs to apply. I am also recognized by the AMSA as a Certified Moving Consultant in their PRO MOVER program; reinforcing that I adhere to the ethics set forth by our trade industry. I've been recognized by SIRVA with both the "top 20" and "Master Mover" designations.
