About Matthew Ong
When my father and I founded the company in 2010, we started distributing glucose meters from a small little town known as Melaka. Perhaps it was our innocence (lack of fear) that led us to start our business in one of the most competitive segment for medical devices. A segment dominated by only multinational companies. Little did we know, in 6 years we were awarded the "Top 3 Major Business Brand in South East Asia" by Allmedicus and subsequently "Highest Global Sales for SD Lipidocare" by SD Biosensor amongst other milestones.In 2019, we had the opportunity to launch our own home brand of medical devices known as INNOMED. It was part of our company roadmap to bring innovative and affordable healthcare to our community. As we launched our brand, we were touched by the overwhelming support from our current resellers across Malaysia.Serving over resellers nationwide is not an easy feat. There were many things to learn, many aspects to evolve. One thing we know for sure, that fear is never an option for us.
