About Matthew Ott

I'm building a high-quality team of professionals at Modus. Building hotels has been a passion of mine for a long time. Hotels are fabulous machines that serve business travelers, families, and couples who need time away. Hotels are vibrant systems of hospitality. Soon after starting Modus, we had an opportunity to do a high-end restaurant remodeling project and I realized that my passion for hotels also extended to restaurants and other commercial businesses that are creating experiences for their clients. Since that first restaurant remodel we've completed projects for doctors, car dealerships, and other restaurants. We've done a complete construction project from start to finish for a well-known Pennsylvania restaurant group. Currently we are building a boutique hotel in the Poconos from the ground up. We've been involved from the very beginning and the hotel of 100 rooms is projected to open on time on December 31, 2023. We work to be there for each other and help when mistakes are made. We teach and nurture as long as an honest effort is made as opposed to tearing people down.
