I am a growth driven leader with +14 years experience leading businesses within the fashion retail sector and 6 years driving record breaking results within the E-commerce business. At COS I have been proud to work within a high performing team and guide the successful financial growth of 30 countries within Europe through a period of increased change and challenges for both E-commerce and Stores. I am passionate about seeking out business opportunities that not only lead to increased revenue and profitability but also improve the customer experience. Working in detail with site operations, marketing, merchandising, buying and operations teams to deliver this impact. I believe data literacy is important across the whole business and strive to communicate financial results and data insights in a way that every person feels inspired and confident that they have the tools they need to achieve success.
