I love growing businesses, and I love that I do this through hiring people. I'm really passionate about enabling businesses to hire the right people at scale and have been doing this around the world for over a decade. I do this through building high performing teams, optimising recruiting processes, focusing on assessment capabilities, and building strong partnerships with business leaders. Through my career I have led GTM Recruiting, Technology Recruiting and High-Volume Recruiting, as well as Recruiting Operations, Sourcing and Marketing. My lived experiences have taught me: I am highly adaptable, having built high performing recruiting orgs in company sizes from Series A, to Post-IPO across multiple different industries. I do this by- Focusing on driving business outcomes - Partnering deeply with leaders to ensure our goals are aligned - Influencing our GTM approach using market and funnel data I love leading teams and have managed teams of teams up to 30 people- I love identifying and enabling really smart people to be successful - Building lean organisations where everyone can succeed together - Coach teams to be true consultants to their hiring leaders I am always learning- Every job requires you to re-wire your way of thinking, that's why I love what I do- With new technologies, there's always something new to learn - I am a scientist at heart and love reading academic data on the future of recruiting I love meeting new people, and I'm especially interested in talking to people about the world of AI and recruiting.
