I am an experienced and empathetic educational leader with a strong background in student welfare, pastoral care, and academic excellence. With over a decade in education, I have held leadership roles that focus on encouraging student well-being, implementing safeguarding policies, and driving academic achievement. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Pastoral and DSL at Greengates School (Nord Anglia) in Mexico City, I have been instrumental in developing inclusive student support systems, implementing behavioural policies, and analysing student data to enhance learning outcomes. I work closely with staff and parents to create a safe, nurturing, and high-performing school environment. My leadership experience spans curriculum management, staff mentorship, and parental engagement. I have overseen the creation of individual education plans (IEPs) and student support plans (SSPs), ensuring tailored academic and pastoral interventions. As DSL, I have been responsible for safeguarding protocols, staff training, and crisis management, reinforcing a culture of safety and care. Beyond pastoral leadership, I have a strong foundation in the arts and education, having previously served as Head of Performing Arts, Key Stage 3 Coordinator, and Head of House.
