About Matthew Pauli

Throughout my career I have always been known equally as a finance executive and a business partner. Being immersed in the business is the way I operate and as a result, I am a key contributor to strategic initiatives and financial results. My leadership style and broad business perspective are rooted in my past experiences as an auditor in a Big Four accounting firm (Ernst & Young), Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of an NYSE listed company (Actuant), as Chief Financial Officer of a private equity owned global manufacturing company (CentroMotion) and in my current role as SVP-Chief Financial Officer of Strattec Security Corporation, a Nasdaq listed automotive manufacturer. Aside from establishing a highly optimized and aligned global finance function, I have worn many hats – from supporting numerous M&A transactions, project managing the carve-out and establishment of CentroMotion as a stand-alone company, as well as leading the prioritization of business value creation opportunities. I have been a fixture in transformative events, as well as daily enterprise operations, with broad leadership and capacities over accounting, tax, treasury, legal/compliance, IT and business development. Central to my success over the years has been the strength of my teams. As an active contributor and leader, I make it a point to build engaged teams that understand the business, enable customer growth and support operations, while allowing the finance function to be as efficient and far reaching as possible.
