My goal is to become a thought leader in the fields of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. I am a dedicated and loyal people person, and I highly value professional interpersonal relationships. I am always striving to continuously improve and share knowledge and best practices with my colleagues and professional network. I am actively seeking to become an organizational and industry leader and committed to stay updated in all relevant trends in Business and Human Resources. I am currently PHR certified through HRCI, and plan to achieve SPHR certification within 3 years. Currently I am in the role of HR Director, and am very determined to grow into VP/CHRO executive roles within 5-10 years.
