About Matthew Petoskey

I am a hands-on, digital strategist and leader who guides diverse design, research and delivery teams. My creative problem-solving skills, design-thinking strategies and passion for human-centered design allow me and my teams to implement intuitive and immersive digital experiences. I have worked for some of the biggest companies and clients in the world, in the industries of healthcare, government/military, automotive and cellular. My use of the the agile and scaled-agile methodologies allows me and my teams to take on big initiatives and create accurate budget estimates and project timelines. My belief in using iterative design processes keeps clients, partners and stakeholders knowledgeable with what is currently happening with a project. This allows for actionable feedback to be taken in so the delivery team can make enhancements and improvements as the project is being produced. My user-centric approach is enhanced with knowledge of ADA Section 508 compliance and accessibility, usability heuristics and responsive design techniques. These allow for the production of best-in-class experiences for all users across all devices and digital platforms. My utilization of servant leadership and stoic philosophy principles helps me quickly build relationships necessary for UX/UI and cross-functional teams to design and deliver valuable products and experiences under tight budgets and timelines.
