About Matthew Plitsch

My past roles as an Outreach Coordinator leverages a deep-seated empathy and refined networking skills, both sharpened during my tenure as a Veteran Liaison as well. I dedicate myself to providing people with support and guidance in a system that leaves them with very few options sometimes and can make it very challenging to get help. Proficiency in resource planning and a knack for process improvement are hallmarks of my professional journey. With these competencies, my mission is to empower and uplift, fostering an environment of understanding and comprehensive support for anyone struggling with behavioral health disorders. I am on a mission to change the way people have to wait for life saving treatment. Sometimes sending them home for weeks if they don't meet a very specific criterion to be locked in a psych ward. I have first-hand experience dealing with these situations and aim to make a change. Using my networking skills as well as fostering new relationships to help me along this mission, we will save lives.
