Background

About Matthew Powell

I’ve been a passionate news writer, marketing coordinator, outside advertising representative, award winning communications researcher, and currently a Technical Writer-Editor for the United States Department of Defense looking to make a difference in the lives of others. Whether that difference is finding the truth, promoting a cause/product, or helping our brave men and women in uniform, I have proven that I can compete with the best of the best. There's always room for improvement and I do what I can on a daily basis to help myself become better in all aspects of life. I developed a philosophy that anything is possible with the right attitude and the right work ethic. Experiences throughout life have allowed me to relate to others, adapt, and think critically to solve problems along with coming up with new ideas. As a professional who recently graduated from King's College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications, I believe these attributes and qualifications make me the perfect candidate for any job involving communications, marketing, or working with the general public in an effort to improve relations an the lives of others on any strategic level.
