I am a Chartered Surveyor who has built a reputation as one London's top experts in the area of leasehold extension and enfranchisement as well as appointments under the Party Wall Act 1996 and RICS Red Book Valuation work.Upon graduating from Nottingham Trent University, I was employed by Peter Barry Chartered Surveyors, who were at the time a small firm of 3-4 employees. I have now been with the company for 6 years and being part of a small, forward thinking and fast growing company has given me a vast and unique skill set that is well beyond my years. Not only do I possess high levels of knowledge and experience of managing clients and cases in multiple disciplines, I also have a unique insight into the day to day management of an RICS surveying firm. As a lead member of the firm, I target aggressive expansion in all areas that I am involved in.I have attended the First Tier Tribunal as an expert witness on multiple occasions and regularly called to provide EW for absent Landlord claims under both the 1993 Act and the lesser used Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.At present I have a small but strong network of solicitors and other professionals who I trust and have formed close working relationships. This is useful for all concerned from the perspective of referring work and I have learnt from past experience that the creation of competent teams is essential if you are to work to your maximum potential and provide clients with the best possible service.I am also an expert in matters under the Party Wall ect Ac 1993 in which I handle everything from simple loft extensions through to complex basement conversions with multiple adjoining owners in which I am fully versed and up to date with all the latest case law and interpretation.
