Background

About Matthew Przybysz

I started in customer service with a broom and a desire to ensure that all customers were happy. I have since progressed to a Manager but still employ the same focus on delighting the customers as I did when sweeping or serving popcorn. I am currently employed as a Delivery Manager where I oversee customer service excellence in varied environments across a diverse set of clients. My successes have come from a focus on quality work, efficiency, and ensuring that customers have a great experience. I am a self-starter who has built a track record for exceeding objectives. I have proven leadership skills implementing processes, managing teams, and resolving problems and conflicts. I am looking for a career opportunity where I can use and expand my knowledge and skills.
