About Matthew Radniecki

My leadership experience and management skills were honed and fine tuned while serving two tours in Iraq as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Infantry between 2005 and 2009 where I commanded and led Marines in operations, tactics, and logistics throughout over 250 successful combat patrols. Following my years as a Marine Corps infantryman, I graduated from the College of Saint Scholastica with a B.A. in Management. In 2013, I chose to leave a promising career in the retirement services industry to step into an accounting and business management role with Baratto Brothers Construction. The move proved to be a good fit in rounding out the leadership team for BBC as we drove to average annual sales increases of 25% for seven years. To keep up with the growing company, in 2017 I expanded my skill set by earning an MBA. A move that has been satisfying both personally and professionally. In early 2020, I took on a role in California to help a company adapt to a changing regulatory environment by setting up procedures and plans to transition over 100 workers from a 1099NEC status to a W2 status, including related systems implantations to handle things such as payroll, scheduling, client billing, and human resources management. At the close of 2020, I moved back home to MN where LMRR Partners began it's first investment acquisition. In 2022, while continuing to work with Baratto Brothers in full capacity, I began working to help North Country Plumbing develop more streamlined systems to better manage recurring workflows and decrease operating costs.
