Senior Manager with many years experience leading successful Sales and Recruitment Teams. Seasoned 360 Recruitment Professional within technical vertical markets covering IT & Financial Services. Experienced and successful in managing both Contract and Permanent teams with the focus on vertically lead Practice Based Markets. Highly skilled in selecting, training, mentoring, managing and leading teams of Consultants, Team managers and Practice Managers. My story within Reed started in March 2010 where I was initially recruited to build a new desk from scratch within the bancassurance market. After a successful 3.5 years within Reed Financial Services, I was given the opportunity to take on and manage a small team of Perm Consultants within Technology, where I have remained ever since. Since I have successfully gained consistent promotions progressing through to Business Manager, Senior Business Manager, Area Manager, Senior Area Manager, Regional Director and now in my current role as Senior Regional Director for the South West & Wales. I have spent most of my career within Reed being hands on working closely with our clients and now my role is focusing more on the Operational and Strategic approach of my teams. Before joining Reed I had a very successful career within the Financial Services industry covering a period of 13 years in both employed and self employed roles across Lloyds Banking Group & Santander. I enjoyed working in a number of positions including Financial Advisor based in the Branch Network and Private Banking Offices.
