This led to shop-in-shop doors increasing revenue by 50%. • Designed and implemented brand strategy for the successful rollout of US outlet stores, flagship, and pop-up store planning. This includes rolling out 3 different brick and mortar mall locations from the ground level. • Incepted, executed, and expanded the field marketing experiential vehicles. This included complete production and deployment of all 18 vehicles. The fleet started at 5 and increased to 18 vehicles. • Managed all major brand partnerships from strategy development and contract negotiation to logistics coordination for complete project execution across all channels of business. • Established, designed, and manufactured all aspects of activations assets from small scale to fixed assets. This includes production and outfitting 18 field marketing reps, developing continuity for a brand. • Developed and managed a network of over 250+ vendors globally, this includes production, technology development, real estate and site evaluation partners. • Cultivated and owned the network for all event venues and temporary retail locations for the U.S. market including HI.
