About Matthew Rizzo

I have served in the insurance field since 2002, with continued success in analytical, organizational, and team-related skills. My experience includes working at Accelerated Receivables Management Solutions (ARMS) where since March of 2022, I resolve high dollar motor vehicle receivables for a large hospital network located in Massachusetts. Prior to my career at ARMS, I was an employee of ProMedical, LLC where I also analyzed and resolved high dollar workers' compensation and motor vehicle receivables for medical providers in New York and also analyzed and resolved all Department of Labor claims for all Clients within the company. Previously, I was an employee of Parallon (formerly known as The OutSource Group) where I also analyzed and resolved Worker’s Compensation, motor vehicle, and personal injury receivables for medical providers. I also worked at The Hartford where I examined, investigated, and processed 230 New York No-Fault and Connecticut Medical claims. During my tenure, I was accountable for ongoing claim payment and adjudication of benefits for moderate to high risk exposure claims and approved New York No-Fault and Connecticut Medical claim payments on a daily basis to ensure accuracy.
