About Matthew Robicelli

My wife says that I'm the kind of guy that everyone immediately wants to be best friends with, which I'm happy about because I love meeting new people. I want to hear everybody's story, and always ask questions about their careers and the industries they're in, because there are so many things out there I don't know, and so many different perspectives I've never seen. I believe everybody has something to teach me, and that whatever part they play in the world is important. I like mapping out connections in my head, piecing together all the different ways the world works, and learning how we're all interlinked. I have had a varied career path that has taught me so many different things. I have been a paramedic, a chef, a teacher, a small business owner, a cookbook author, a food industry consultant; though all those jobs have been radically different, they all have one thing in common. I am a professional problem solver. I know how to see the bigger picture, and how to focus on the small things. I know how to think and act quickly, how to improvise, and how to adapt. I like facing challenges, and finding solutions. At this point in my life, I'm working on transitioning into a new career path involving Salesforce and Trailhead, because the world is facing so many problems, and I want to help fix them. We live in a globalized, connected society that needs new types of infrastructure to succeed, and I want to help build a solid foundation for my kids to build a better future on. I knew that was Saleforce was about before I joined Trailhead, I know about Ohana, and know that it's a company that shares my values. always I am learning new things from the people I meet, finding new ways we all affect each other, and want to help others see, and make, the connections they need to reach their goals.
