I have a Bachelor of Aviation (BAv) with a Commercial Pilot’s Licence (CPL) and Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR). After graduating only two months before the first COVID-19 case in New Zealand, I was forced to find work in another field due to the severe lack of employment opportunities at the time. Subsequently, I found a couple of short-term positions with Aramex and Courier Post, before I joined the team at North Harbour Ford as a Product Specialist Cadet. After quickly transitioning into the Product Specialist role, I continued advancing my skills and expanding my product knowledge, while navigating through some challenging times marked by COVID-19 outbreaks, lockdowns, Auckland floods, government and legislative changes. After nearly three successful years as an Automotive Product Specialist, I have returned to my passion in Aviation and joined the team at Auckland Airport as an Airfield Operations Officer.
