About Matthew Rossi

With over 20 years sharpening my skills, from making pizza at a local family pub in my teens, I by chance fell into a the world of "FlairTending" down at Walt Disney Worlds (Pleasure Island) which lead me on a wild ride. I was off and running in the corporate world (Dave N Busters, Race Rock, Universal Studios) to name a few. What alway drove me as far back as I can remember was working in that kitchen which I eventually ran lines, was everytime the door swung open the noise and energy of either the dining room or the bar. I loved the stories, friendships, laughter, just all the happenings out there. I knew I had to be a part of all those guest experiences. My passion for the business is just that knowing that we as an industry make that special night out (Special) or that long day better with a great cocktail and a good conversation with a bartender or waitstaff. I have made attention to detail apart of my every day life, My life has revolved around this industry. There are not many things that I could think of that I could devote this many years, long nights that end up into early mornings, but so many great memories and experiences have gone with this lifestyle I can't even call it a job because I love what I do.
