Gamer and tech enthusiast at heart, I believe the best way to maintain the performance and reputation of a product is to listen to the customer! Utilizing their feedback at scale can ensure brand loyalty, the creation of features that users actually want along with maintaining the level of reliability that they expect. My 10+ years in the software industry has been punctuated by my attention to detail, passion for the customer experience and the ability to dive into the data surrounding product feedback from both official and unofficial sources. Outside of the software industry I have worked in live television at a few different stations and the corporate presentation industry. I would love to stay in the VR industry if possible, but above all else I want to work at a company that listens to their customers and is willing to make changes to their products to make the lives of their users better.
