Evolved knowledge and experience throughout this captivating career journey has resulted in very unique and diverse blend of skills, knowledge and experience with Technology acumen gained with 15 years of experience within many technology roles, with banking and financial industry knowledge and Product experience focused on payments processing. This career journey has led this professional through every position within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in JP Morgan’s payments processing Technology Organization (AD, BA, QA, UAT, Project Management, Program Management, and leadership roles), followed by a natural progression into leadership roles and Product Management Organization of JP Morgan’s payments processing business responsible for moving ~$10T of funds on a daily basis cumulative across all systems or approximately 23-24% of funds moved daily through the US economy. Currently, serving in a role of Senior Product Manager while leading initiatives with delivery and roll-out of multiple features on a very ambitious JP Morgan Wallet Product which provides and supports global transaction processing solutions for Fortune 50 eCommerce Market Operators, Financial Institutions, and Corporates including eCommerce payments, treasury payments and liquidity management. Within the remit of the current role is leadership of multiple product initiatives that provide Fortune 50 mega-clients with a one-stop shop for end-to-end solutions with global transaction processing reach with all varieties of payments, credit transfers, receipts, direct debits, card transactions, Alt payments (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) that are seamlessly processed and settled via majority of the global clearing and settlement infrastructures and networks with which JPMorgan maintains a leading market position, i.e: FedWire, CHIPS, NACHA, US RTP, SWIFT MT and MX-ISO20022, BACS, SEPA, UK FPS, CHAPS, Target2, SIX, CHAPS, SG FAST, HK FPS, AU NPP, CNAPS, CIPS, and more.
