About Matthew Sable

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with a minor in Economics. My experience at the University of Pittsburgh, included my study abroad in London, hosting a radio show on the student radio station, and writing for the University Newspaper. These experiences helped me learn to adapt to new environments and think on my feet, while improving my ability to research, analyze, and communicate, both written and orally. Well working for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party as a field organizer I would engage with the public on a daily basis both remotely and in-person. I engaged them by simply listening to them, as, at the end of the day, that's all anyone wants is to be heard and respected. This allowed me to build relationships with my volunteers. Who would take time out of their day to come canvass or phonebank multiple times a week. I have also worked in operation on the Biden presidential campaign, where I was in-charge of managing offices and volunteers during covid. I was in charge of training individuals on using NGPVAN and how to interact with the data we had to input. As well as, building out our covid procedures to make sure volunteers and staff felt safe and protected during the canvasses. I completed the DNC/DSCC Data Leadership Bootcamp, where I learned Phoenix, BigQuery, Voter File SQL, and the Data Visualization tool. I have also most recently worked as a Programmatic Trading Associate with DSPolitical. At DSPolitical I work with DSPs and SSP. Running digital marketing campaigns on Xandr, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, and social media platforms. I have trained new hires on these platforms, as well helped build out new processes and training curriculums. I have applied all of these skills in three election cycles, now, and hope to continue to put them to use in supporting SBDigital. My campaign experiences, along with my communication skills, adaptability, and problem solving ability, enhanced by my sincere interest in the position, makes me a strong candidate for the position. I am a highly motivated individual who enjoys new situations, and demanding assignments.
