I support a suite of technology programs at REI, a 20-million-member co-op that's driven by the belief that "A life outside is a life well lived." I'm passionate about empowering teams, creating amazing omni-channel customer experiences, developing efficient and effective platforms, and overcoming any obstacles that stand in the way. I'm energized by solving complex problems and building strategies and systems to support the ever-evolving needs of the business while making life easier for internal teams. I know this work can’t be done alone, so I strive to build meaningful relationships with my team, partners, and leaders so we all can do our best work. Before joining REI, I spent 15 years as a manager, managing editor, and news director with leading brands, publications, and startups including Microsoft, Forbes, and FLYP Media.
