In 2010 Founded ShineWing Hall Chadwick with David Chu and in 2015 we merged ShineWing Aust with Moore Stephens Melbourne to create a Practise branded as "ShineWing Australia". Role at ShineWing Australia for the past 10 years has focused on Audit and Corporate Advisory work for Chinese Investment into Australia. Industry specialization is Resources, Financial Services and Agriculture. clients include Yancoal Australia Limited, Sichuan Tianqi Lithium, Guangdong Rising Asset Management Group, State Power Investment Corporation, Metallurgical Corporation of China, Sinopec, China Petroleum Technology & Development Corporation, State Development Investment Corporation, ChangHong Australia, Zhejiang Rifa, and Shaanxi Coal & Chemical Industry Company Ltd. Current Corporate Advisory clients include some of China's largest SOEs and numerous POEs in the Agriculture and Funds Management sectors.
