About Matthew Shade

I enjoy helping people plan for their futures, attaining their goals and protecting their families. I hold PA resident insurance producer licensing as well as reciprocal licenses in 45 other states as well as Washington DC. I've worked in both personal financial planning as well as group benefits administration, and have also experienced other aspects of financial services through working at a credit union. So why the tagline? I started playing violin at age 3, and while it isn't a career for me, it has given me so many valuable experiences and brought many people into my life I wouldn't have otherwise met. I've been part of wedding celebrations for well over 100 couples, accompanied the FORTE Tenors from America's Got Talent, and played in musicals for both community and scholastic theater groups. I continue to help the orchestras at Elizabethtown College and Bloomsburg University in my spare time, and I get to go home at the holidays and play with the Jubilate Choir.
