About Matthew Sheehan

Matt serves as the Senior Vice President in a Director role with over 15 years of experience in leadership, business development, marketing, business administration, team building, and operations. Matt has been with AAS Holdings for over five years now and has a demonstrated history of superior interpersonal and leadership skills with an innate ability to encourage and drive organizational change for optimal success. He has demonstrated accomplishments in developing and implementing process improvements for programs and services, especially in the Community Medicine space where Matt over-sees more than 100 clients and is laser focused on the success of the desired outcomes of the client partners. Exceptional oral and written communication skills as demonstrated through direct past work experience with companies such as Avaya, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tufts Medical, UnitedHealth, as well as direct stakeholders, clients, administration, and/or staff. Demonstrated ability to find creative and innovative solutions to challenging problems and issues… i.e, Medical Staffing. Matt grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and studied Industrial Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Matt was also an All-American soccer player and team Captain. By definition, Matt is a problem solving, competitive, team player. He resides in the Plymouth Harbor Historic District, Ma. where he enjoys boating, kayaking, fishing, and going to the beach in the Summer months. Once winter comes, you can find Matt skiing on the slopes up in Northern New England.
