My name is Matt Sherman and I am looking for an inside/outside sales account management, customer service, or marketing job. I am that guy who can talk and interact with anyone and everyone. I enjoy a great challenge, am hard working, dependable and am willing to do whatever it takes to be successful! I have experience in account management, and the key to my success has been excellent customer service, communication, and trust which has built rapport with my customers. With these key components as a successful account manager, it has helped grow my business which then leads to customers trust and loyalty, which then turned into great word of mouth and continued business within the companies and the communities I work/worked for. I started my career as a tournament supervisor with J.W. Walker which allowed me to showcase my management skills which lead me into a startup environmental industry Evergreen Partnering group doing their sales, marketing and Human Resource.While working in my past jobs, I had the opportunity to work trade shows and thoroughly enjoyed them, which allowed me to showcase my management and sales skills. I have been an account manager with one of the top telecommunications companies—Dish network for the past 4 years. I oversee territories and accounts within the Philadelphia, New England and NY corridor guiding retailers in managing their accounts as well as problem solving and customer relations. When looking at my resume, you can see that I have shown stability with the jobs I have had over the years, and have learned a lot of valuable lessons in business: from working a start up company, to handling yourself in the corporate setting.
