During my time in the Military and civilian workforce, I was responsible for over of Army equipment, discovered and corrected missing item part numbers in Army database of chemical safety equipment, been part of the successful building and support of a customer base of up to personnel via an Assistance team of six to thirteen members, revitalized profit center, and managed three office locations. Applied technical skills to provide one-on-one and mass user support to great success and seek a position with a company in need of a well organized, customer-oriented individual with strong problem solving skills augmented with significant technical skills. Respected problem solver for team and kept on top of issues that arose in the course of all projects implemented by the companies I have been proud to be a part of. Used all the available resources to quickly solve problems: resource books, the web, coworkers, etc. If the issue cannot be resolved at hand then the issue is pushed up to the next level of support in a timely manner. Solutions are recorded and diseminated so others can recognize issues and resolve them faster. The teams I was a part of learned how to effectively lead ourselves; professionally and personally. This was accomplished through honest and open communication with our manager, the other Support divisions, and each other. It is this leadership ability that I bring.
