Experienced in estimating and management of residential, multifamily and commercial projects. My expertise in the building materials industry includes my attention to detail in successfully bidding large custom homes and large multifamily projects. I take pride in finding the details that others may miss and using those details to my advantage to win a job. It is my goal to expand my experience into management in the building materials industry. Taking pride in leading and helping others to create their own successes is part of my definition for success. As one of my clients says best,"the difference is in the details"! Further experience includes hands on experience in almost every aspect of residential and multifamily construction. Not only learning from my own work, but from the work others perform has been key to my understanding of the construction industry.
