About Matthew Stewart

I am a professional in the IT field working at a POS Software Comapny with 10 years of field experience. I self-educate to keep my computer systems, networking, and POS Operation and management skills up to date. I am strengthening my relationship with my company's service arm in order to improve our relationship with our distributors and clients across Canada. My role today consists of developing training programs for technicians who install and support our product. This also includes end-user training videos and guides on how to use the POS software. I provide Tier 3 support internally to our support staff. This includes helpdesk, developers, QA testers, etc. I work with various accounts on projects they would like that integrate with our POS. I perform all the technical writing required for field implementation projects. On the side I am the technical account manager for various accounts. I am also the resident know-it-all of the (aka the Bulloch) from the ground up.
