Piping Materials Engineer with more than nine years combined experience in Piping Material Engineering and Construction Engineering for both upstream and downstream oil and gas facilities and natural gas processing plants. Extensive experience with Fluor’s 3rd Gen Modular Execution Technology having worked on multiple projects. Experience in both the home office and on the construction site as well as coordination with the Distributive Execution offices provides knowledge and expertise to help execute successful Project’s with Fluor. Understands the importance of quality of work and cost of design having performed value Engineering which reduced Total Installed Costs by close to $5 million. Fluent in ASME, ASTM and API specifications and standards related to ASME B31.3 piping systems. Wide-ranging knowledge of various materials including but not limited to carbon steels, stainless steels, low alloys, nickel alloys and titanium and understands registration requirements for both ABSA and BCSA. Extensive experience in identifying and specifying piping materials to satisfy all design conditions of pressure, temperature, corrosion, erosion and environment for a given Project.
