About Matthew Tadele

In 2012 I was sitting in an accounting class bored out of my mind, and I realized that this is not the best use of my individual skill set. A few years later I found myself in Business Development. My strong interpersonal skills, competitive nature and love of meeting new people lured me into business development. I have fallen in love with business development because of the hunter mentality, freedom, flexibility, daily learning, and the amazing relationship building. As a BDM I'm focused on helping new clientele solve their recruiting problems. I take great pride in introducing new companies to the Magnus recruiting and contracting services that will make them more efficient and profitable. When I'm not in the office you will find me traveling, volunteering, attending concerts or cheering on my favorite sports teams, the Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs.
