About Matthew Tarnoff

After graduating in 2015 with a MS in Environmental Engineering, I started work in the multimedia environmental permitting and regulatory field with Trinity Consultants in Burlington, Iowa. I transferred to the Atlanta, GA office in 2017, where I supported various industries primarily in Florida and Georgia. As of November 2021, I lead the Reno, NV office supporting environmental permitting and compliance efforts in Nevada and throughout the West. I have obtained my Certified Environmental Manager (CEM) licensure allowing for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and remediation activities to be conducted under my purview. My multimedia consulting experience includes Title V compliance (ACC/SAMR, Fees) and permitting, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting, Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permitting, Annual Emission Inventories, Continuous Assurance Monitoring (CAM) plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Risk Management Programs (RMP) and the related NV CAPP, Tier II Reporting, EPCRA Section 313 Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, auditing, & eDisclosure, CERCLA Continuous & Episodic Release Reporting, BREEZE modeling, Boiler MACT Energy Assessments & Compliance Reporting, and conducting RCRA Audits.
