Sales should be easier. I mumbled this everyday while working at Natalus, and I knew I wasn't alone. so I created a tool to fix it. Natalus was the first company I built as an engineer. The goal was to reduce car traffic using hi-tech satellites. Our systems worked fine, but selling it was an uphill battle! As an engineer, my focus was on building a solid product. I had no idea that cold calling would be the biggest challenge.
