With over 11 years of experience in immuno-oncology, cell therapy, and assay development, I bring a proven track record of successfully leading, planning, and executing studies and delivering data within corporate timelines to support IND amendments and corporate goals. I have demonstrated the ability to design and execute collaborative & cross-functional short- and long-term experimental plans, build relationships across departments, and effectively deliver critical and innovative data. As a frequent early team member, I have had the opportunity to contribute broadly to establishing laboratories and methods at multiple companies and have shared my technical knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert for Flow Cytometry and FACS. Inquisitive and eager to identify experimental or program challenges and propose solutions, I thrive on complex technical and experimental challenges, collaboration, the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior staff, and participating in meaningful work with the purpose of improving health outcomes for patients.
