Dedicating over 17 years to retail leadership has been an exciting and rapidly evolving journey. With a solid foundation of experience as a Department Leader, specialising in fresh produce as well as more recently taking on a store wide leadership role, I am a committed, results-driven and incredibly collaborative professional. Being part of such a fast-paced industry is challenging and varied and I have a diverse portfolio of experience in operational leadership, team development, training programmes, inventory and commercial management. For me, working in retail allows me to explore such a diverse range of duties and I thrive on being the person at the centre of the team, driving change and uniting teams to deliver both service excellence and operational efficiency. A natural people person, I have a solid understanding of how to drive growth, how to engage customers and how to motivate teams. Every day is unique and enjoy adapting to the needs of my customers, always demonstrating commitment to making a difference, ensuring I get the best from my teams and that I achieve the best results for my store.
