I am a National Account Manager at Talking Tables, a certified B Corp that creates fun and sustainable partyware. I manage and grow key accounts in the UK and Europe, delivering high-quality customer service, visual merchandising, and negotiation. With over 7 years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed strong skills and knowledge in this domain. I started as a Key Account Support at Talking Tables, where I supported the sales team with orders, invoices, and deliveries, and helped to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Before joining Talking Tables, I was a Buyer’s Assistant at Hoopers, a luxury department store, where I assisted the buying team with product selection, stock management, and supplier relations. I have a keen interest in fashion and sustainability, and I studied Economics, English Language, and Maths at Weald of Kent Grammar School. My goal is to contribute to the mission of Talking Tables, which is to inspire joy and celebration through their products, while also reducing their environmental impact and supporting their community.
